Refund Policy

We stand behind every project. Our refund policy is designed to protect you and ensure complete satisfaction before any work begins.

The Short Version: We always share a free demo/concept with you first. If you are not satisfied with the demo, you receive a 100% full refund โ€” no questions asked. Only after you approve the demo and express satisfaction do we begin the full project. Once full work has commenced post-approval, the standard refund conditions below apply.

1. Our Demo-First Guarantee

At Graphix Book, we believe you should see what you're getting before committing. Our workflow is built around this principle:

  1. You submit your project brief and we review it within 24 hours.
  2. We create and deliver a free initial demo or concept preview (cover concept, layout sample, or mood board depending on service).
  3. You review the demo and provide feedback.
  4. If you are satisfied with the demo direction, you confirm and full production work begins.
  5. If you are not satisfied with the demo, we issue a 100% refund of any deposit paid โ€” immediately and without dispute.

This guarantee applies to all services: Cover Design, Interior Formatting, Full Package, EPUB Conversion, and Series Branding.

3. Revision Rounds & Satisfaction

All projects include 3 revision rounds after demo approval. These revisions are part of the normal creative process and do not constitute grounds for a refund once full work has begun.

If after all 3 revision rounds the client remains unsatisfied, Graphix Book may, at its sole discretion, offer additional revisions, a partial credit toward a future project, or a partial refund based on the extent of work completed.

Revision requests must be submitted in writing (email) within 7 days of each deliverable being shared.

4. Rush Delivery Add-On

The Rush Delivery add-on fee ($80) is non-refundable once work has commenced, as this fee compensates for the prioritization of your project over other scheduled work regardless of outcome.

If the rush project is cancelled before any work begins, the Rush Delivery fee will be refunded in full.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us via one of the following methods:

Please include your name, project title, invoice number (if applicable), and reason for the refund request. We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5โ€“10 business days to your original payment method.

6. Disputes

We aim to resolve all disputes amicably. If you feel your refund request was unfairly denied, please escalate the matter by emailing graphixbook110@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute" and a detailed explanation.

Graphix Book is committed to fair resolution of all client concerns. Disputes unresolved after 30 days of good-faith negotiation may be referred to a neutral mediation service.

7. Changes to This Policy

Graphix Book reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
